Terms of Use
Madiro Implementer AI · Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Madiro Implementer Platform (the “Platform”), provided by Madiro Labs (“Madiro”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Platform, or by using it via the web application or the IDE/desktop connector, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
1. What the Platform is
The Platform provides implementation intelligence for digital-health teams — curated implementation knowledge, requirement coverage, evaluation, and governance — to help your developers resolve implementation work faster and more consistently. Every change the Platform helps produce is proposed as a normal pull request for your team to review and merge; the Platform does not autonomously modify or deploy your systems.
2. Early access / beta
The Platform is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, and the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during early access.
3. Accounts, access, and governance
Access is granted per organization through member accounts and per-developer credentials scoped to the organization, projects, and permissions your administrators assign. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your accounts, and for ensuring your members use the Platform only within the access they have been granted. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Your data and intellectual property
You keep your data. Your source code, tickets, configurations, and other content remain yours. We use them only to operate the Platform for you, and we do not sell them or use your private content to train foundation models.
You bring your own AI. Reasoning and code authoring run through your own AI provider and API key. Your model choice and your data stay with you and your provider; Madiro does not sit between you and your AI provider, and you do not pay Madiro for model inference. Your use of a third-party AI provider is subject to that provider's terms.
5. Knowledge contributions
If your organization contributes knowledge, you grant Madiro the rights needed to store, review, and make that content available within the access scopes you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to share what you contribute, and for not including secrets, credentials, personal data, or content you are not permitted to share.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to access data, organizations, or projects you have not been granted;
- probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent its access controls;
- upload malware, secrets, or unlawful content; or
- use the Platform to build a competing offering.
7. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party tools you connect (for example your code host, issue tracker, and AI provider). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the credentials you provide to connect them.
8. Confidentiality
Non-public information each party shares in connection with the Platform is confidential and may be used only to provide or use the service. This includes non-public details of how the Platform works.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform assists your team; it does not replace professional and clinical judgment or your own review. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any change before it is merged or deployed, especially for production healthcare, terminology, and interoperability systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madiro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us (if any) for the Platform in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Reach us at labs.madiro.org.
